Thank you Eddy for taking such good care of Nico. It is good to see him healthy and happy. Nico was the first dog I ever had to repossess from a home. His orginal home was mis-informed about how to feed RAW and how a Doberman should be cared for.
Nico was a showy puppy. Ironically, his first show was Cold Lake in the spring of 2005, where the leggy puppy got his first 6 points and took puppy in breed at all the shows. He would return to this show and finish his championship a few years later.
After that show I placed Nico with a family that owned a horse ranch... he was getting old enough his father and him were not getting along very well. The first time I saw him again (a few months after they took him) I brought him home thin and under nurished. It took me well over a year to put the weight back on him.
Needless to say I panicked to know he would once again be fed RAW in Australia, but I guess Eddy knows what he is doing............ Thank you, Eddy. Nico deserves a good home ... he is a great dog!!!
